In the first years at the Wemeco Academy, the candidate goes through the following phases.

Wemeco Acadamy

Phase 1 – Gain experience

The candidate gets familiar with various work areas, tasks and products within Wemeco. This exploration phase is monitored by a buddy within the company. A clear picture of the candidate’s skills and motivations begins to emerge.

Phase 2 – Pick a direction

The candidate chooses a direction that aligns with a realistic recommendation based on input from the buddy and team lead. In the next phase, the candidate will specialize in this chosen field.

Phase 4 – Become a permanent member of the Wemeco family

When the candidate graduates, passes the assessments, demonstrates growth and motivation, we offer them a job. Congratulations! Together, we create a personal development plan with the candidate. Progress will continue to be monitored. Of course, learning never stops within Wemeco.

Team up​

One of the main factors determining whether the implementation will be a success is the team working on it. Short communication lines are essential.

Together with our partner, we put together a team that knows all the ins and outs of the product and the organizational requirements. They meet regularly to coordinate various matters and to discuss the progress of the implementation. Step by step they bring the project to a successful conclusion with a joint effort.

Process engineers

They determine the production steps and the logistical flow that are required to produce the product as efficiently as possible.
