Sheet Bending

Bending is a key process in which flat metal sheets are formed into precise angles and complex geometries. With our press brakes we are able to deliver high-quality parts with consistent accuracy.

The process

Sheet metal bending is the process of deforming flat metal sheets by applying force with a press brake. The sheet is placed between a punch and a die, and by pressing the punch into the material it is formed into the desired angle or radius.

This process is essential for creating structural components, housings, enclosures and custom profiles across many industries. Bending offers high flexibility: from simple straight bends to complex multi-step forms. By combining advanced press brakes with skilled operators we can produce both prototypes and large series with short lead times and high repeatability.

Benefits for our partners:

  • Versatility – suitable for a wide range of sheet thicknesses and materials.

  • Precision – CNC-controlled bending ensures consistent results and tight tolerances.

  • Flexibility – simple bends as well as complex multi-step geometries possible.

  • Efficiency – fast setup and high throughput for both small and large batches.

  • Quality – smooth surfaces and accurate dimensions.

Manual Welding

At our company manual welding remains an essential part of our production. Our experienced welders ensure high-quality craftsmanship, flexibility and precision in every unique project.

The process

Manual welding, also known as hand welding, is the traditional process in which skilled welders create strong and durable joints by hand. Unlike robotic welding, manual welding is not automated, which makes it especially suitable for smaller series, prototypes, hard-to-reach places or products with complex geometries. Our welders work with different techniques such as MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding, depending on the material and application.

The advantages of manual welding include:

  • Craftsmanship and flexibility – welders can adapt quickly to different product requirements and unique challenges.

  • Versatility – ideal for custom-made parts, prototypes and repairs where automation is less efficient.

  • Precision in detail – especially for complex shapes or areas that are difficult to reach with a robot.

  • Quality control – our welders monitor the process continuously and ensure reliable, durable results.

By combining manual welding with robotic welding, we offer our customers the best of both worlds: the efficiency of automation where possible, and the flexibility of craftsmanship where needed.

Robot Welding

At our company we use robotic welding to manufacture products with the highest precision and efficiency. With our advanced welding robots we deliver consistent quality, even in large series, combining speed with craftsmanship.

The process

Robotic welding is an automated welding process in which industrial robots are used to perform repeatable and complex welds. The robots are programmed with great accuracy and can operate with various welding techniques, such as MIG/MAG or spot welding. This allows us to create a wide range of products and constructions.

The use of robotic welding offers several important advantages:

  • Consistent quality – every weld is made under the same controlled conditions, minimizing variation.

  • Efficiency and speed – robots can work continuously and at high production rates, ideal for series production.

  • Safety and ergonomics – operators are less exposed to heat, fumes and repetitive strain.

  • Flexibility – thanks to modern software, robots can be quickly adapted to new products or orders.

With robotic welding we combine the reliability of automation with our technical expertise, ensuring that our customers benefit from durable, precise and cost-efficient welding solutions.

T-Drilling

We use our in-house T-Drill T-115 to perform precise collaring and branching for tube and pipe applications.

T-Drilling

Our production capabilities include the T-Drill T-115, a high-performance machine that allows us to carry out precise collaring and branching operations on tubes and pipes. This advanced technique forms outlets directly from the base material, eliminating the need for separate T-pieces or welded fittings. As a result, the finished connection is stronger, more hygienic, and offers improved flow characteristics compared to traditional methods.

The T-Drill process provides significant advantages in terms of production speed, material savings, and visual consistency. It also ensures excellent repeatability and consistent quality, making it ideal for both low- and high-volume production runs. The method is especially well-suited for industries where cleanliness, structural integrity, and flow efficiency are critical — such as HVAC, machinery manufacturing, process engineering, and equipment construction.

By integrating the T-Drill T-115 into our operations, we can offer our partners efficient and cost-effective solutions for tube and pipe fabrication. Whether for individual components or larger assemblies, this technology enhances our ability to deliver smart, durable, and production-ready results.

Plate Rolling

Plate rolling allows us to form flat metal plates into precise cylinders, cones and custom-curved shapes. With multiple rolling machines we are able to deliver high-quality components that meet a wide range of customer requirements.

The process

Plate rolling is a forming process in which flat metal plates are gradually bent into curved or cylindrical shapes using a set of rolls. By passing the material through the rolls under controlled pressure, plates can be shaped into cylinders, cones, ovals and other custom geometries.

This process is widely used in industries such as construction, shipbuilding, energy, and machinery manufacturing. It is ideal for both large structures and smaller precision components. Thanks to our range of rolling machines and the expertise of our operators we can process different materials and plate thicknesses with consistent accuracy.

Benefits of plate rolling for our partners:

  • Versatility – suitable for a wide range of materials, thicknesses and dimensions.

  • Efficiency – fast processing with minimal material waste.

  • Flexibility – production of both single items and larger series.

  • Complex geometries – from simple cylindrical shapes to cones and custom-rolled profiles.

  • Quality and accuracy – tight tolerances and repeatable results.

CNC Drilling

CNC drilling enables us to process metal components with high precision and efficiency. With our advanced equipment we can drill holes of various sizes and patterns in long and heavy profiles.

The process

CNC drilling is the process of creating holes in metal workpieces using computer-controlled drilling machines. Unlike manual drilling, CNC ensures consistent accuracy and repeatability, even in complex patterns or large series.

The process is highly versatile: it can be used for small holes, large diameters, countersinking, tapping, or slot drilling. With CNC control, programs can be created directly from CAD files, minimizing setup times and reducing the chance of errors.

This technology is particularly valuable for industries such as construction, steel fabrication, machinery and energy, where long profiles and heavy components require precise hole positioning and alignment.

Benefits for our partners:

  • High precision – consistent hole positioning, even in long or heavy parts.

  • Efficiency – automated programming and drilling reduce lead times.

  • Versatility – suitable for different materials, hole sizes and patterns.

  • Flexibility – from single-piece work to serial production.

  • Integration – CAD/CAM programming enables direct transfer from design to production.

Other Operations

Sheet bending is a fundamental process in metal fabrication, widely used to create precise and complex shapes from flat metal sheets.

The process

Besides our core processes such as welding, rolling, bending and CNC machining, we carry out a wide range of additional metalworking operations in-house. These supporting processes are essential to ensure that products meet the required specifications, both technically and aesthetically.

By combining manual craftsmanship with modern machinery we are able to handle custom details, finishing steps and pre-assembly operations efficiently. This not only increases flexibility but also reduces the need for external processing, ensuring faster turnaround and consistent quality for our customers.

Examples of additional metalworking operations we perform:

  • Bench work (bankwerken) – fine adjustments, fitting and finishing by hand.

  • Deburring (afbramen) – removal of sharp edges and burrs for safety and clean finishes.

  • Bending on DigiBend – precise bending of complex shapes in small series.

  • Hydraulic press bending – forming operations with high pressing force.

  • Punching on eccentric presses – efficient stamping for holes and repetitive shapes.
